As the competition nears its end, both Conor and Michael host special dinners for the fighters. Then in the last semifinal fight, Team McGregor�s only remaining fighter, Rico DiSciullo, faces UFC veteran Cody Gibson of Team Chandler.

Conor and Michael square off in the coldest Coaches Challenge in TUF history. Then, teammates and bayou buddies Kurt Holobaugh and Jason Knight battle it out in a lightweight semifinal matchup, with a spot in the final on the line.

TUF 27 winner Brad Katona officially switches teams to prepare for his semifinal fight. Timur Valiev receives inspiration from a visit by UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev. Then, Katona and Valiev face off with a spot in the bantamweight final on the line.

After the fighters learn the semifinal matchups, which are posted at the TUF House, Conor pays both teams a visit and makes a feast of Irish stew. Then, friends and Chandler teammates� Roosevelt Roberts and Austin Hubbard face off in the first semifinal fight.

Only one fight remains as Team McGregor tries to avoid the first-ever quarterfinals sweep in TUF history. Then, after the showdown in the Octagon, Dana meets with the coaches and fighters to set the semifinal matchups.

The fallout from Team McGregor�s most recent loss, and Conor�s outburst at the Apex, is felt throughout the house. With tension mounting, Jason Knight tries to continue Chandler�s win streak in his fight against Landon Qui�ones but has to overcome a training injury to do so.

Kurt Holobaugh, the only fighter to have been signed and cut twice from the UFC, hopes that the third time is the charm as he prepares for his quarterfinal fight. McGregor has high hopes for his next athlete, fellow Irishman and prot�g�, Lee Hammond. After a hard-fought battle, mayhem ensues at the Apex between the coaches.

Conor visits the TUF house to put his fighters through one of his famous workouts. Chandler struggles to coach his next fighter, TUF 27 winner Brad Katona, whose allegiance may lie with the other team. Then, Brad faces off against prospect Carlos Vera to determine who will be the next bantamweight semifinalist.

The matchup between Timur Valiev and Trevor Wells finally happens after a disagreement and negotiations between coaches from each team pertaining to the weight class. Stephen Thompson show up at �Team McGregor� practice to assist the prospects in their ongoing preparations.

A young superfan visits Conor at the Apex to show off his custom-made action figures. Then, Aaron McKenzie tries to snap Team McGregor�s losing streak when he faces Austin Hubbard of Team Chandler in the third quarterfinal fight.

After a last-minute medical issue forces the next fight to be postponed, the teams have to regroup and prepare two new fighters for action. With tensions rising between the teams, Conor makes a surprise visit to the house. Then, bantamweights take center stage in the second quarterfinal fight. With the next fight on hold, bantamweights Mando Gutierrez and Cody Gibson are next in line, so they begin their preparations.

Anxiety levels are running high as both Team Pe�a�s, Chantel Coates, and Team Nunes�, Brogan Walker, suffer serious setbacks ahead of their flyweight fight. Both teams have exhausted all options to meet the requirements for the fight, to avoid major consequences.

In a highly anticipated heavyweight matchup, Mohammed Usman, brother of UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman, faces Mitchell Sipe, who is looking to make a name for himself as well. Graves expresses his sour feeling due to his loss on the last and also his opinion that he gave an opportunity for the Blackzilians to gain confidence. His teammates talk about the fact that they've all faced losses before and Graves never have. Due to that, Steve Carl believes his teammate will now have less pressure on his shoulders. Graves is supported by Nathan Coy and Hassan, who both say that they're all motivated to defeat their opponents.

For the first time ever The Ultimate Fighter will be contested outside of Las Vegas, this time at South Florida. Both gyms, American Top Team and Blackzilians, are introduced, as well as their owners. They both share their stories about the inception of their gyms, including Blackzilians formation, as some of ATT fighters back then defected to the soon-to-be formed gym.

Jessica Penne and Carla Esparza are up next in the semifinal followed by Randa Markos and Rose Namajunas.

Aisling Daly gets a surprise visit from Conor McGregor. The fighters visit Harley Davidson boot camp. Then, in the second quarterfinal, #5 ranked Aisling Daly takes on #4 ranked Jessica Penne with the winner advancing to the semi-final.

Controversy ignites again within Team Pettis because several fighters now want to train two sessions per day, not just one as preciously agreed upon. The next morning, Markos decides to attend the morning session, much to the chagrin of Carla Esparza. A confrontation takes place in the van on the way to the gym, but Markos refuses to leave. Once the van arrives at the �TUF� gym, Esparza and Herrig bring the situation to coach Pettis� attention. While he would like to stick to the original agreement of split training sessions, he says MMA is an individual, not team sport, and he can�t make any decisions on Markos� behalf.

The "Scrapettes" call the first official team meeting to discuss how to kick the "Chumpettes" (Tecia Torres and Heather Clark) out of Team Melendez's room and move into "Chumpette" Lisa Ellis' room. They designate Emily Kagan as the messenger.

Team Melendez's losing streak is creating some tension with the women coming together as a team and it creates a total divide. So, Angela Maga�a and Bec Rawlings start talking behind Lisa Ellis' back because she and Heather Clark have been hanging out with Team Pettis, who Rawlings calls "The Foreigners" at the TUF house.

Aisling struggles get the attention of Dana White's attention. Tecia's return to the competition angers some fighters. Then, in the sixth fight of the tournament Team Pettis pits #5 ranked Aisling Daly against #12 ranked Angela Magana for a chance to advance to the quarterfinals.

When Gilbert Melendez calls a team meeting, his team turns on Heather Clark after she constantly complains about her injuries, and how she only wants to train with the coaches and not with them.

Urijah Faber steps in as Team Pettis' temporary coach for the day due to Pettis having a prior engagement, making the ladies "crush" on him during wrestling practice.

Bec Rawlings gets called in to Dana White's office and receives the news that her step-father passed away from Parkinson�s disease. Angela Maga�a leads the rest of the team in a prayer for Rawlings.

Hard training takes its toll on Team Melendez, while the Team Pettis fighters grow frustrated with their coaching. Then, Joanne Calderwood faces Emily Kagan for a spot in the quarterfinals.

The Season 20 opener introduces the 16 female fighters battling to become the UFC's first strawweight champ. After coaches Anthony Pettis and Gilbert Melendez pick teams for this first all-female season, the fighters move in and the opening bout is held.

One of the top prospects to enter the octagon in 2014, Corey Anderson took on Matt Van Buren at the TUF 19 Finale.

Eddie Gordon and Dhiego Lima step into the Octagon to determine the winner of the The Ultimate Fighter 19 at the Finale.

The remaining finale spots are determined in two semifinal fights. First, it�s a middleweight battle as Dhiego Lima takes on Roger Zapata. Then, light heavyweights Matt Van Buren and Daniel Spohn bring their heavy hands to the cage, facing off in the most vicious battle of the season.

Teammates Patrick Walsh and Corey Anderson prepare to face off in the semi-finals. Training controversy causes the Edgar fighters to erupt in rage, and the coaches attempt to mediate. And then, it�s a semifinal slugfest between light heavyweights.

The semifinals kick off with a middleweight battle between the highly touted Irishman, Cathal Pendred and the underdog from New York, Eddie Gordon. But first, Dana brings the semifinalists to the MGM Grand, delivering an inspiring speech to those still in the tournament.

The fighters take a field trip to the Harley-Davidson Boot Camp. Cocky Matt Van Buren of Team Edgar and Irish fighter Chris Fields of Team Penn bring their rivalry to the Octagon in the last preliminary fight. Then, Dana announces the semifinal matchups.

Team Penn�s number one middleweight Mike King takes on the powerful underdog, Eddie Gordon of Team Edgar. Only one will win, earning a spot in the semifinals. And, BJ Penn and Frankie Edgar make a splash in this season�s coaches� challenge.

Tensions boil over at the house in the wake of Roger Zapata's controversial win over Ian Stephens, causing a rift between the teams. And in the sixth preliminary fight, wrestler Patrick Walsh of Team Edgar tries to get the momentum back in their favor and take out Team Penn #1 pick Anton Berzin.

The teams are tied heading into the third middleweight matchup of the season. Roger Zapata takes on the favored Ian Stephens and when the fight is finished, Dana reacts explosively to one of the most controversial bouts in TUF history.

On the heels of Tim Williams' suprising loss, BJ gives his team a lecture on the risks of overtraining. Team Edgar heads to the mountains for a scenic practice session. Then, former boxer Josh Clark tries to get momentum back in Team Penn's favor, as he faces skilled wrestler Corey Anderson of Team Edgar.

Having secured two wins in the first two matchups, Team Penn looks to continue the streak. Meanwhile, at the house, a rivalry develops between two light heavyweights. In the Octagon, it�s a middleweight battle as jui jitsu brown belt Tim Williams of Team Penn takes on jui jitsu purple belt Dhiego Lima of Team Edgar.

After losing the first fight of the competition, Frankie Edgar brings in famed jiu jitsu black belt Renzo Gracie to work with his team. While Team Penn's Daniel Spohn uses free time at the house to work on training techniques, Team Edgar preacher Todd Monaghan gathers the teams during down time to hold a sermon. Then, with a spot in the semis on the line, Spohn and Monaghan face off in the second preliminary fight.

Eight middleweights and eight light heavyweights move into the fighter house, ready to pursue their dream of becoming The Ultimate Fighter. The tournament kicks off with a matchup between Irishman Cathal Pendred and the Mexican-born Hector Urbina. At weigh-ins, Coaches BJ Penn and Frankie Edgar must pull their heated fighters apart. Later, the two middleweights enter the Octagon prepared for a vicious battle.

Two-time opponents Frankie Edgar and B.J. Penn meet as opposing coaches in Season 19, which opens with 16 middleweights and 16 light heavyweights battling to enter the competition. The first matchup is announced after Penn and Edgar select their teams.

Julianna Pena takes on Jessica Rakoczy with the winner becoming the first women's Ultimate FIghter.

TUF 18 Finale

Team Rousey's Jessica Rakoczy and Team Tate's Raquel Pennington are hit with serious injuries during training. Who can muster up the strength to fight through the pain, and earn a spot in the live finale against Julianna Pena?

Both teams head to Mandalay Bay where Ronda and Miesha face off in a rock climbing Coaches Challenge. Weight issues come into play leading up to the last men's semifinal, putting one fighter's dreams of fighting in the finale in jeopardy.

Tate Teammates Sarah Moras and Julianna Pe�a are matched up in the first women�s semifinal fight of the competition. The fight promises to be one of emotion as Pe�a attempts to avenge a loss to Moras earlier in her career.

The semifinalists make a special visit to a Harley-Davidson boot camp. Then, British brawler Michael Wootten takes on jiu-jitsu blackbelt Chris Holdsworth, with a spot in the live finale on the line.

It�s the final two prelim fights! Anthony Gutierrez is slated to take on Team Tate�s Cody Bollinger. On the women�s side, Sarah Moras is matched up against the 6�1� Peggy Morgan of Team Rousey. Which fighters will solidify their spots in the semi�s?

Interviews with Dana White, Ronda Rousey, Miesha Tate and members of the teams recap the season up to this point.

On Father�s Day, Rousey visits the Ultimate Fighter house to drop off presents to the fathers. Then, in the sixth preliminary fight of the season, Team Rousey�s Michael Wootten and Josh Hill of Team Tate duke it out for a coveted spot in the semifinals.

After the fighters attend a special Hooter's event, Anthony Gutierrez annoys everyone at the house. Then, Team Tate's Raquel Pennington takes on Jessamyn Duke of Team Rousey, with a spot in the semis on the line.

The team Rousey fighters get some extra inspiration when Rousey invites her mother, winner of the 1984 World Judo Championships, to guest coach. Team Tate�s Louis Fisette looks to redeem his elimination fight loss as he prepares for Rousey�s David Grant.

The feud between coaches heats up when assistant Edmond Traverdyan of Team Rousey and guest coach Dennis Hallman of Team Tate get into an altercation. Then, in the third prelim fight, Team Tate's Roxanne Modafferi takes on decorated boxer Jessica Rakoczy.

Team Tate is in the hunt for its second win as Chris Holdsworth takes on Rousey�s number one male pick, Chris Beal. The coaches nearly come to blows over an old controversy, and hints of romance as the coeds settle into their new living arrangements.

Tensions rise as the coaches cross paths, and a hopeful fighter's UFC dream is threatened by injury. Then the women go to battle when the number one female picks Julianna Pena of Team Tate and veteran Shayna Baszler of Team Rousey square off.
