Genny has no choice: he must do what Ciro is ordering him to do. And so they set off on a final journey. Locked alone in the cockpit, they will be forced to face their demons.

Genny is ready to go and pressures Ruggieri to find out where his son has been sent. Meanwhile, Ciro and Nunzia find new and unexpected allies willing to help them.

To win Ciro's competition, Genny forces his bosses to sell cocaine for half the price. The move seems to work, but Ciro also has something in store for Genny...

After yet another setback, Genny is forced to ask entrepreneurs for money in order to get back on his feet. In the meantime, Ciro and Nunzia receive an unexpected visit...

Ciro and the others take refuge in Forcella, but must quickly find a safer place and a new ally. Genny has put a price on their heads and it's only a matter of time.

Ciro, Enzo and the others are looking for new allies and Genny takes the opportunity to infiltrate one of his own among the enemy ranks. Meanwhile Nunzia tries to avenge her husband's death.

The Levante and 'O Galantommo team up against Genny and the bosses of Secondigliano who passed with him. Genny, however, already has a counter move ready. Meanwhile, Ciro lets Genny know that he is back.

While Ruggieri continues to investigate Genny, the Levante are no longer well received in Secondigliano. Genny tries to take back the neighborhood, but to do so, he needs a load of cocaine.

In Riga, Genny and Ciro are face to face again, but there is no time to talk. Ciro is in business with the Russians and now that Don Aniello is dead he needs a new broker or the agreements will be blown.

While Naples is now reduced to rubble, the war between Genny and the Levante brothers proceeds more and more bloody. But Genny is about to discover something that will change all the balance.

Genny and Match visit London to acquire a company needed to establish their aiport business. An unexpected encounter will force Genny to dust off his old criminal methods and compromise with newfound moral company in order to save the future legality of his company. Suspended between past and future, Genny will be forced to confront the ever-present demons of his past.

It's a year on from when Genny stopped being a player within Naples's crime world and Patrizia is on a tour of the Camorra families of Naples to establish a stronger link to the supply chain of cocaine: the Capaccos and the Forcella boys. Avitabile and the Federation make their move. Genny has to prove how high of a price he's willing to pay. Forcella gets a new master. Vocabolario assumes a new role in the Forcella gang, while two of its members get impatient with the new arrangement and freelance on the side. Patrizia continues to be a go-between for both Genny and Scianel.

Blue Blood wins back his grandfather's neighbourhood but victory is short-lived and the misfortune's compounded when he doesn't listen to Ciro. Genny finds out he must move more quickly against his father-in-law. Ciro faces a choice of whom to ally with. Scianel makes a new alliance.

Enzo and crew are under attack. Ciro convinces him not to react on impulse, advising him instead to come up with a plan to exploit the weaknesses of his opponents.

The Federation take notice of their profits dropping. They spot Blue Blood's operation, and offer him important territory for his mastermind's head.

Genny and Ciro's alliance solidifies as they offer an olive branch and opportunity to Schianel, to go against the Federation, with Blue Blood at their disposal.

Genny finds Ciro, who has teamed up with Enzo and his crew. Ciro offers Genny his support, and organises a heist using Enzo and his people.

Genny tries to close a deal. Scianel gets out of prison.

Ciro, now in Sofia, has some issues with his new boss's son.

Genny involves Geg�, his accountant, in his dirty businesses. Don Giuseppe, Genny's father-in-law, comes back from prison.

After his father's death, Genny is in charge now. He has to cover Pietro's death and take care of the streets.

While Ciro prepares for an all-out war with the Savastano clan, Pietro finds a way to defeat his enemy once and for all.

When Ciro decides to go into hiding, Pietro wants to gain back control. Meanwhile in Rome, complications arise for the company of Avitable.

Ciro, who is becoming more and more isolated, knows how to find Pietro's hideout. The alliance questions some of his decisions.

Marinella is distraught when she hears Raffaele is being released from prison. Ciro holds a meeting to divide the land, but not everyone is satisfied.

After a shocking murder, Ciro wants to find the killer and prevent tensions from rising further.

The clans follow Conte's lead against the Savastano clan but within the clan, problems loom large as well: the battle erupts all over Naples.

Blood will be shed when Salvatore Conte returns to Naples for revenge. By helping with the search for Daniele, Ciro hopes he is being not perceived as a traitor.

Genny plans a pretty future for the clan and is supported by the new mayor. But Ciro has Salvatore Conte's right hand murdered.

Genny has returned and changed completely. He doesn't need guidance and, supported by his followers, he tries to be in charge completely.

Ciro realizes he has to abide by the rules now that Imma is in charge. She makes a lot of changes and doesn't tolerate any opposition.

Ciro realizes that Imma sent him away to take over control herself. A power struggle ensues.

Imma sends Genny to Honduras while Ciro has taken off for Spain to find Conte and bring about a truce between the clans.

Now that Pietro can no longer hand out orders, Imma shows her leadership skills with courage and smart decisions.

After Pietro's arrest, Ciro thought he could take over, but he has to be patient. Pietro manages to control things from jail until he's moved to another prison.

Ciro waits for the right moment to take revenge. The police confiscated a huge amount of drugs which means someone talked to the police.
