Emotions run high as each designer is paired with a Housewife to make them the ultimate reunion show look. Pop culture icon and the man who turned the housewives into a phenomenon, Andy Cohen, will be the guest judge.

The designers fall for an age-old prank when they�re invited out for cocktails by Christian Siriano only to discover that it�s actually challenge-time, not party-time. It�s time for the unconventional challenge where the designers will be asked to create an elegant cocktail dress from an actual cocktail bar. Plus, one of fashion�s most exciting designers, Christopher John Rogers, is the judge on the guest list for this VIP party.

The designers are challenged to solve one of fashion's eternal struggles, if comfortable can really be chic; there's nothing comfortable about designing for a one day challenge with a surprise visit from Geoffrey Mac and Cyndi Lauper.

This charismatic duo known for their savage takes and outlandish fashion have come to Project Runway for one reason � they need looks for the upcoming 2022 Winter Olympics. The designers will compete in pairs and the winning looks will be worn by Tara and Johnny in front of a global audience live in primetime from the Olympics.

For their fourth challenge, the designers show up to discover their work room has been �flower flashed!� Inspired by the colorful blooms, the designers must create their own unique floral print from scratch and turn it into a high-end runway look. Guest judge International Supermodel Gigi Hadid will help the judges decide who rose to the occasion and who should be sent home.

It�s Halloween and Christian has a few tricks up his stylish sleeve. The designers are sent to sleep in a haunted mansion to find inspiration for their challenge. If they can survive the night, they�ll have two days to create a hauntingly chic masquerade gown for a runway show with the one and only, award winning actress, Taraji P. Henson.

In their first individual challenge, the designers take on streetwear � the most relevant and individualized style in fashion. Working with male, female, and nonbinary models, the competitors dig into their unique personal experiences and cultures to create breakout looks to catch the eye of their cool guest judge: social media fashion icon, Wisdom Kaye.

The season premiere begins at the iconic Lincoln Center where Christian Siriano, Nina Garcia, Elaine Welteroth, and Brandon Maxwell welcome a talented group of new designers eager to show the world their skills and creativity. In a Project Runway first, the designers will be split into two teams living and working separately to create mini-collections celebrating color. The competition comes to a head on the day of the runway show when they reunite hoping their team is victorious while someone from the losing team will be going home.

The remaining designers rush to put the final touches on their collections, balancing advice from experts while trying to not lose their own point of view. It�s game, set, match when Serena Williams joins as guest judge for the final runway, with only one designer chosen as the winner.

Christian visits the remaining contestants at home as they furiously complete their final collections. Then it�s back to workroom to refine and revise, because even though New York Fashion is here, that doesn�t mean everyone will show in the finale.

In a fashion first, the runway begins with a season long retrospective, outside and 16 stories high, at New York City�s dramatic, Vessel. The stakes are as high as the runway, because in fashion one day you�re in, and in this challenge, two will be out.

Designing for a client can be tough, especially when your client is a star athlete with high expectations. In this challenge, designers are paired up with a real athlete who will be competing to be in the 2020 Summer Olympic and Paralympic games. The designers need to make them their dream outfit for a victory night celebration, using all of their specialty skills to make the perfect proportions for their clients unique bodies, all while keeping their own point of view amongst a tough client challenge.

Tie dye is back in a big way and the designers will need to create their own textiles to elevate the trend from casual to couture. In a twist that may feel more like a trick to the designers, it�s an overnight challenge! The designers go a bit mad working into the wee hours trying to perfect their techniques and complete their high end looks.

This week�s challenge is all about turning a timeless classic on its head: The Tuxedo. Inspired by recent fashion moments like their mentor Christian Siriano�s groundbreaking Oscar look for Billy Porter, the designers will each need to find their own way to take the tuxedo into the future with a mix of male, female, and non-binary models. A perfectly tailored suit is nearly impossible without help, so the designers get a surprise second set of hands to help out.

The designers face a one-day challenge using sexy, sheer fabrics; staying in the game becomes more and more difficult for several designers who are reaching their personal limits and question their ability to make it to the end.

Collaborations between fashion designers and artists are all the rage. In this challenge, the designers get a chance to enter into one with the fashion industry�s latest art darling, Ashley Longshore. Ashley�s outrageous pop art, turned into one of a kind prints, gives the runway some of the boldest looks of the season.

In this week�s challenge, the designers are given a chance to think about their family history and channel those stories and emotions into a look of their choosing. The stakes are high in this one day challenge, as the designers need to face and embrace who they are in order to succeed. Luckily for the designers, there�s a surprise early on that will help boost their chances for success in this Flash Sale Challenge!

The iconic Cyndi Lauper is both inspiration and guest judge for this totally tubular team challenge. Split into two teams, the designers must create cohesive mini-collections. They need to collaborate to pay homage to Cyndi�s '80s fashion trailblazing that brought underground punk into the pop culture while still giving the looks a totally awesome modern take. Sounds pretty straight forward until Christian throws out a mid-challenge twist that changes everything.

Guest mentor Karla Welch tasks the designers with dressing her client, Karlie Kloss; the designers must recycle donated clothing from a Goodwill store to create their looks, and they must be both resourceful and fast for this one-day challenge.

The designers are awakened by a surprise visitor; the designers are challenged to show their holiday spirit in the perfect party dress; channeling their own holiday memories, the designers must transform a winter wonderland into a wearable wonder.

Designers must create a fresh take on a timeless classic: animal prints; taking inspiration from the 2019 movie, "Cats," the designers must tame their prints to create stylish looks that can compete on the runway and in the Flash Sale challenge.

In the premiere of Project Runway, the competition begins with some twists right out of the airport gate. With luggage still in tow, the designers are greeted at the iconic TWA Hotel at JFK airport ready to take flight with their first challenge: to create an innovative look inspired by humanity�s continued push into space exploration. Stylist Marni Senofonte is back, this time to challenge the designers to work in her wheelhouse: celebrity styling. The designers divide into teams to create a mini-collection for their client, Deadpool�s Morena Baccarin, who is heading to Rio on vacation. Some designers collaborate while others compromise, as they race to create cohesive looks that tell a vacation fashion story. Only one designer will win, and another will go on a permanent vacation from the competition.

The designers are surprised with an invitation to a Brandon Maxwell photoshoot featuring none other than super model and Project Runway host, Karlie Kloss. Brandon has made a career on sophisticated, elegant creations and now the final 10 will have to impress him with their take on elegance! Dap is the trailblazer who introduced high fashion to the hip-hop world by creating luxury streetwear. The designers are asked to create their own take on the future of streetwear, and are given just one day to complete the challenge and impress a fashion legend.

The designers are whisked away from their urban creature comforts for a camping trip and challenged to create survival chic looks while embracing the wilderness. Their workroom, the accessories wall and the runway itself have all been moved to the woods for this unconventional materials challenge like never before. Mother nature does not cooperate as the designers battle the elements in order to stay in the competition.

The pressure is high as the designers are tasked to create bold head-to-toe looks using a single print. One of the most influential celebrity stylists in the country, Marni Senofonte, surprises the designers by lending her expertise in this �go big or go home� challenge.

The future of fashion is upon us. The button bag is back, with a stylish new makeover, as the designers are divided into teams for the first time. It�s the Heidi Klum Sleepwear Challenge and the designers are feeling on top of the world, literally. If a slumber party on the roof of the Empire State Building doesn�t bring them the inspiration they need to impress Heidi, nothing will! Demi Lovato joins as guest judge.

The designers were taken to the Meatpacking District and brought to the offices and design showroom of living fashion legend and current CFDA president, designer Diane von Furstenberg. Their challenge was to create a look for her Fall 2008 collection inspired by the movie, A Foreign Affair, starring screen legend, Marlene Dietrich. They were given free rein and 15 minutes inside Diane von Furstenburg's fabric sample room to select fabrics for their designs. The winning garment will be produced in limited quantities and exclusively sold to American Express cardholders, with proceeds going to the CFDA Foundation. The designers were required to make an outfit made entirely out of the spare parts and raw materials from a Saturn hybrid car. They were told to walk to 142 West 31st Street in Manhattan. After taking an elevator to the roof of the building, they were instructed to collect as much of the recycled car parts from within the parked Saturn vehicles. They had four minutes to collect the materials and one day to complete their outfits. This week's challenge is to design a dress for the host of Access Hollywood, Nancy O�Dell. Nancy will help judge the runway and wear the winning design on the red carpet at the 2005 Grammy Awards.

Instead of another assignment, Heidi gives the five finalists each brown paper packages containing the key to their next challenge, which they are not allowed to open until the next morning.

As one group, the designers will create a collection, one carrying the theme "the year 2055�. One designer is to lead, taking responsibility for the overall vision, while each designer will sketch and create an outfit of his or her own for the line.

The designers are challenged to design swimsuits that are functional enough to swim in the pool, yet sophisticated enough to wear to a fashion-industry party.

The designers learn that their selected model will be their client, and they must design a wedding dress of their model's dreams.

Rock singer Sarah Hudson makes a special appearance. All of the designers show their prospective Rock N' Roll designs and Sarah picks the three designs she liked best. The chosen designers become team leaders to form groups that will work on the leader's design.

The 14 hopefuls all meet up in New York and are given their first assignment: Innovation. Taken to a place where they are said to get their materials, the designers are shocked to see it is a grocery store.
